A carefully selected blend of herbs to help support digestive functions. This blend of herbs aims to assist in relieving digestive discomfort through anti-inflammatory and carminative actions. This is a gentle, refreshing, and soothing tea which offers a mint based that is perfectly balances with uplifting ginger.

Quantity: 30g - Makes around 10 Cups

Directions of Use: Place one teaspoon (2g) into a strainer and place into a cup of 250ml hot water (80C), steep for 3-5minutes. Sip and Enjoy!

Ingredients: Peppermint / Liquorice Root / Fennel / Ginger

Peppermint (Mentha piperita L.) has amazing effects on the digestion system while its digestive aid comes mainly from one of its compounds, called menthol. Menthol has been shown to help relieve gastrointestinal problems such as indigestion, gas and bloating. Peppermint assists in relaxing your digestive system, easing pain, and preventing smooth muscles from contracting which relieves gut spasms.

Liquorice Root (Glycyrrhiza glabra) has been used for centuries in helping relieve respiratory conditions and digestive distress. Liquorice root is a potent antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and anti-microbial – helping relieve symptoms of indigestion, acid reflux, upset stomach and heartburn.

Fennel Seeds (Foeniculum vulgare) are often chewed directly to soothe a reactive belly and freshen breath. Fennel has many actions such as anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, antispasmodic, and carminative - making it an amazing herb in easing all sorts of uncomfortable symptoms such as bloating, nausea, gas, and indigestion.

Ginger (Zingiber) is a stimulating herb that has amazing actions such as analgesic, anti-inflammatory, carminative, etc. Our guts love ginger as it addresses many digestive symptoms such as bloating, gas, and indigestion. It’s anti-nausea properties has been used for centuries as well as it’s pain-relieving and uplifting qualities.
