Directions of Use: Place one teaspoon (2g) into a strainer and place into a cup of 250ml hot water (80C), steep for 3-5minutes. Sip and Enjoy!

Raspberry Leaf (Rubus idaes) was traditionally used to prevent miscarriages due to its strengthening and tonifying effects in the uterus. Today, raspberry leaf also promotes fertility and aids in preventing painful heavy periods, while containing a high amount of antioxidants, vitamin C, zinc and iron.
Ginger (Zingiber) has an analgesic and antispasmodic effect that helps to alleviate pain. These actions are beneficial in alleviating menstrual pain.
Dandelion (Taraxacum officinale) aids in liver function which is important for womens health to ensure oestrogen is being cleared properly and not recycled by the body. Dandelion helps aid stressed systems and feelings of emotional anger/frustration. This herb also provides a high amount of iron, which is an essential mineral for menstruating women especially.
Hibiscus (Rosa sinensis) is a herb high in antioxidants and vitamin C which is important for healthy skin and removing free radicals. Hibiscus aids liver health, female reproductive issues and digestion.
